Gained experience in the Insurance industry through my previous internships in the Underwriting and Claims departments. Enthusiastic and passionate about HR-related issues as well as diversity, inclusion, and gender equality that are necessary for the workplace. Demonstrated strong research skills by conducting a research project in French and obtaining the highest grade in my class which shaped and redefined my qualitative research skills. Developed my ability to work effectively in teams as well as manage my time through various group projects conducted both in my undergraduate and graduate studies.
