Job purpose

The Marketing Manager ‘s role is to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management. You must have great enthusiasm for all marketing tools and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. Your goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.

Main responsibilities


  • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns on a variety of medias
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Social media

  • Organize Social Media content
  • Instagram feed and stories; Facebook feed; Videos
  • Respond to comments & inquiries
  • Write & send marketing emails
  • Create promotions and ad campaigns

Report and analytics

  • Review analytics weekly & monthly
  • Refine strategy monthly & quarterly

Technical support

  • Contact point between the company and the developers
  • Report and manage technical problems
  • Manage dashboard

Skills /qualifications

  • Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
  • Graphic design basics
